Founder Diary: Year 1 in Making

One year in making of Startupology Global
A Founder's Truth: The real journey in continuation...

But first, let me tell you what it took to get here.

How It Started
It began with a single book. One piece of content that spiralled into something I couldn't stop thinking about. That was the moment I knew.

This was mine!

Started building Startupology Global a platform combining community, learning, and real founder connections to bring founders, builders and thinkers together and help them grow in real time.

What started as an idea became a product, a team, a community and a movement.

The Post That Changed Everything For Me!
While growing our Instagram, my team made one post. It gave me the maximum strength I needed and still continues to give me that today. It reminded me just keep rising. Rise above the noise, the doubt, the setbacks. The clouds are not a ceiling. They are a viewpoint.

The Team That Made It Real
Vivek Chadha, Arya Lodh, Kamran Bagewadi & Naser B., Smarth T., Sitanshu J, each one brought an independent idea, a unique strength, and a whole lot of heart. When we got together, magic happened. Deals closed in a day. Products built. Networks formed. 75+ years of collective experience on the table.

What a team I have. Truly!

The Hardest Part Nobody Talks About
Year 1 was not just about building. It was about surviving.
We lost one team member ( most imp pillar) to an accident. My ace human. Gone in a flash of seconds. Getting back up was the hardest thing I have ever done. But grief, when you move through it, becomes one of the greatest teachers.

We launched. We delivered. We held a Founders Round Table and it was a bang.

What I Learned
To be present no matter what, expressing ideas with clarity, confidence and grace. I connect ecosystems, build bridges and create things that are sustainably ambitious. My execution is inbuilt, I can tell it but it can only be mastered by those who live it.

It has always been about people. The ones who believed, showed up and put in the hours. They are the reason this exists.

A book ( Startupology) is where it all Began...
A quote " Stop Watching Other Build" is tag line <vision> that Kamran Bagewadi left us with...and he must be proud of all us for the consistency and team work that we have shown towards it.

Year 1: was about surviving, learning, losing and building from nothing.
Year 2: is about executing in real time.

Just keep rising above the ground. See how the world looks from beyond the clouds.

Until then, keep building. Wherever you are. Whatever is coming your way.

Cheers
